Nebraska Avenue

NEBRASKA AVENUE
FULL RENOVATION

this home required a full kitchen and master bath remodel.  not only did we redesign the kitchen to make it a more functional space we enlarged the master bathroom tripling it's size.

kitchen

BEFORE AND AFTER
The kitchen was closed off from the dining room limiting flow and conversation.  We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room creating a more open environment.  Then we moved the cooktop to the center of the island and added glass upper cabinets to allow storage but keep the space open.  The alcove was dead space and the perfect space for the refrigerator.

master bathroom

BEFORE AND AFTER
The master bathroom was very small and had only one sink.  We took out the sink in the small bathroom, added a long wall across the entire span of the master bedroom creating a large area for his and hers vanities.

dining room

BEFORE AND AFTER
This dining room needed a refresher.  we lightend up the room using a soft tan paint color. took out a lot of furniture so the room didn't feel so crowded and added drapes to the doors to make the room feel complete.

living room

BEFORE AND AFTER
The living room layout wasn't ideal.  we rearranged the furniture to create 2 sitting areas and open up the space for better conversation .  then we changed the paint color to lighten up the space

foyer

BEFORE AND AFTER
the foyer lacked interest.  We painted the stairs and handrial black, added a full bath under the stairs, and changed the light fixture.
